Tour Itinerary
Arrive Delhi
Heritage Rajasthan India Tour starts from arrival at Delhi international airport. Clear immigration and visa formalities, collect your baggage and Lotus India Holidays representative will meet you with a placard. Transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight. (No Meals)
Delhi
After breakfast full day city tour of Delhi, tour starts with Old Delhi drive past of Red Fort. Visit the Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India. Later take a Rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk. Afternoon visit New Delhi, which will include photo stop at- Parliament House, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan and One famous Sikh temple. Visit Humayun’s Tomb, one of the best examples of a Mughal Garden Tomb. Later visit Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Delhi - Agra
Travel to Agra, home to India’s most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal. On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit to Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar, which is a mixture of the Islamic and Hindu styles of architecture. Also visit Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb; nicknamed as baby Taj. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Agra – Jaipur
Early morning visit to Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), a UNESCO Heritage Site, to catch the sun rising over the Taj Mahal. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later travel to Jaipur, the first planned city of India. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri, built by Mughal Emperor Akbar to honor the Saint Salim Chisti. Then proceed to Abhaneri Step Well. This is oldest monument in Rajasthan. This step well built in 9th CE. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the evening explore world famous jewellery bazaars. . Overnight. (Breakfast)
Jaipur
After breakfast visit Amber Fort, enroute photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace). Later visit City Palace Museum; boasts to have some of the priceless handwritten Hindu scriptures, miniature delicate paintings, the elephant saddles (haudas). Conclude your day with visit to Jantar Mantar; one of the famed observatories. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Jaipur – Ranthambore
Morning after breakfast travel to Ranthambore. On arrival check in hotel. Later proceed for afternoon jeep safari of the day. Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

On arrival check in at Heritage Hotel Castle Bijaipur. Later afternoon enjoy heritage walk around the village providing the opportunity to see the locals in their routine village life. Overnight. Bijaipur – Chittorgarh – Udaipur
This morning travel to Udaipur, also known as the City Of Lakes, the Venice of the East or the Kashmir of Rajasthan. En route visit the mighty Chittorgarh Fort, which is believed to have been built by the Maurya rules in 7th century AD. The fort offers and insight into the life of the Great Rajput rulers. Then Proceed to visit City Palace & its complex. Later visit Jagdish Temple, an exquisite example of Indo Aryan architecture. Visit the Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, an Indian folk arts museum. Udaipur – Kumbhalgarh – Ranakpur
This morning travel to Ranakpur, en-route visit to the Kumbhalgarh Fort, one of the most impressive fortresses in the ancient kingdom of Mewer. Morning after breakfast visit Mehrangarh Fort; one of the largest forts in India. Visit the Jaswant Thada. Later travel to Jaisalmer, en route visit Osian’s Golden Jain Temple. Also visit the site of Khichan Migratory birds. Later continue to Jaisalmer. On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit the cenotops to witness the sunset. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Jaisalmer – Sam Tents
Jaisalmer is best desert safari in India where in morning visit the only living fort in the world, Jaisalmer Fort. Take a stroll in the narrow streets of the Golden city and get a glimpse of the life style of the locals. Visit the Jain Temple followed by visit to the beautifully carved Nathmalji Ki Haveli. Return to the hotel for rest. Later afternoon transfer to Sam tents (50 Kms / 1 hour). Proceed for a camel ride on its exotic sand dunes, offering an unforgettable experience of rich cultural heritage. Also witness folk dance as your dinner is served. Overnight. (Breakfast & Dinner)
Sam Tents – Bikaner
Morning after breakfast travel to Bikaner. On arrival check in at hotel. Later city tour visiting Junagarh Fort, made of red and pink sandstone. Later visiting Jain Bhandeshwar Temple. Also visit Camel Breeding Farm, to get taste the products made from the highly sweet camel milk like Ice cream, tea and coffee prepared from the Camel milk, a rarity itself. Overninght (Breakfast)
Bikaner – Mandawa
Morning after breakfast travel to Mandawa, enroute visit Deshnoke, The city’s Karni Mata temple. An hour before Mandawa visit Fatehpur, it is quiet famous for its beautiful Havelis. Mandawa, a small but delightful town in Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. On arrival check in at hotel. Later sightseeing visiting Mandawa Fort; its archway has beautiful painting which shows Lord Krishna among his cowherds and the rooms are architecturally adorned with mirror work.
