Arrive Delhi
Arrival at Delhi International Airport. Clear immigration and visa formalities, collect your baggage and Lotus India Holidays representative will meet you with a placard. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight. (No Meals)
Delhi
After breakfast full-day city tour of Delhi, the tour starts with Old Delhi and drive past Red Fort. Visit the Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India. Later take a Rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk. Afternoon visits New Delhi, which will include a photo stop at Parliament House, India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Visit Humayun’s Tomb, one of the best examples of a Mughal Garden Tomb. Later visit Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Delhi – Agra
Morning after breakfast travel to Agra, home to India's most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal. On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit to Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar, which is a mixture of the Islamic and Hindu styles of architecture. Also, visit Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb; nicknamed as Baby Taj. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Agra – Jaipur
Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), a UNESCO Heritage Site, to catch the sun rising over the Taj Mahal. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later travel to Jaipur, the first planned city of India. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, built by Mughal Emperor Akbar to honor Saint Salim Chisti. Then proceed to Abhaneri Step Well. This is oldest monument in Rajasthan. This step was well built in 9th CE. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the evening explore world-famous jewellery bazaars. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Jaipur
After breakfast visit Amber Fort, en route photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace). Later visit City Palace Museum; which boasts to have some of the priceless handwritten Hindu scriptures, miniature delicate paintings, the elephant saddles (howdah). Conclude your day with visit to Jantar Mantar; one of the famed observatories. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Jaipur – Pushkar
The Morning after breakfast travel to Pushkar(150 Km./ 3 Hours). En route visit Ajmer and Dargah Sharif mosque. Later travel to Pushkar. On arrival check in Hotel. Later you will visit the ghats of the lake, Brahma temple the only temple dedicated to the creator of the univer in Pushkar and later walk in Pushkar’s main bazaar. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Pushkar - Udaipur
Morning after breakfast travel to Udaipur (300 Kms / 7 hours), also known as the City of Lakes, the Venice of the East or the Kashmir of Rajasthan. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.Overnight. (Breakfast)
Udaipur
This morning after breakfast proceed for a guided tour visiting City Palace & its complex. Later visit Jagdish Temple, dating back to 1651 AD, it is an exquisite example of Indo-Aryan architecture. Visit the Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, an Indian folk arts museum. Conclude your day by enjoying a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Created in the year 1362 AD, named after the nearby Picholi village. Rest of the evening explore the narrow winding streets of Udaipur for souvenirs to take back home. Overnight. (Breakfast)
Depart Udaipur
After breakfast transfer to airport to take your flight to onward destination. (Breakfast)
